As terrified as I always am of visiting a dental office, I have to say that the staff is so kind, soothing, and empathetic that they make me feel at ease. The whole staff is amazing, but I need to send some shout outs! Bianca was reassuring and sweet (and super patient). Lorelai, the office manager, makes you feel like they are looking out for you (she even gave me a huge hug when she saw how distressed I was during an earlier visit). Dr. Cicone has such a gentle touch but is so thorough! I will be going to this office frequently for long-term treatment, so I'm happy that I stopped by for an appointment the first time I did.
